Begging is when unemployed hopeless people ask for monetary and/or any sort of help to support their needs. Thanks to the undergoing recession, it is now a job, many have been recruited for it and you can see them pulling your pants to give them a cent or two. There's so much of competition that many new ways of begging have been invented (many have their patents pending).
